We are an active, retired, house proud couple, non smokers, caring and reliable.We've had pets all our lives but sadly, none now. We have not lost our love of, or the skills to care for those big (and little) guys that enrich all our lives. As well as small furry friends, we have had experience with larger dog breeds including Dalmatians, Ridgebacks, Border Collies, Greyhounds and Staffies.
We have had wonderful experiences sitting with Aussie House Sitters, and have made great friends over the last 5 years, resulting in many return sits. We ourselves have had a house sitter in the past for our anxious Staffy so we understand what it's like to leave a furry family member. We will look after your home and garden as if it were our own and can be in contact when you are away with photos and updates.

Shane and Brian were absolutely wonderful! We were away for a month and it was important to us that our furbaby, Rhea, was taken care of and comfortable in her own home while we were gone. Shane and Brian went above and beyond to care for/spoil Rhea, ensure her daily needs were met, and maintain our property. They even sent us messages and photos often. From our first contact, it was obvious that we had hit the jackpot when finding Shane and Brian. Communication from the first email, early discussions and while we were away for 7 weeks was extremely pleasing. They helped sort out problems (of my making) and kept us up to date with any issues that we needed to be aware of. The house and garden were cared for as well as we could possibly hope for. We highly reccommend them and look forward to welcoming them back for future stays.

Shane and Brian did a wonderful job looking after the house, garden and dogs while we were away. They had to deal with a very geriatric and demented miniature schnauzer which can't have been easy. We found both dogs happy and healthy. I would certainly recommend them for any future sits.

Shane and Brian were terrific. It was great to arrive home to happy pets, a clean house with lawns mowed, etc. This was our first time using housesitters and we were a bit apprehensive but we are very happy with Shane and Brian. Would have rated them 6 stars if we could! Highly recommended.

No rating Hi Shane and Brian house sitted for us for five weeks. We really appreciate the care they took with our dog Marlo as she was really relaxed when we got home. It was important for us that Marlo had her daily walks maintained and Shane took this on which was great. Our garden and pot plants looked very happy when we returned thanks to Brian and his green thumb. Shane and Brian were the perfect combo for us and we'd be happy to have them again.
