Mum and I are moving to Queensland to escape the cold winter in Melbourne. We are planning to drive up at the end of May 2024 and stay in Queensland’s warmer weather until October/November. We are flexible with dates.

My work has an office in Brisbane, which has given me the flexibility to work from the Brisbane office!

I love cats!! I had not owned one myself due to my work and life commitments previously as I didn't feel fair to leave a beloved on its own for most of the day and night, I get plenty of connection with my neighbour and friends cats. Now that I am going to be moving to Brisbane with Mum, life will be mostly home with Mum and your cats. On the 2 days that I do travel into work in Brisbane, Mum will be home, so your cat will not be on its own!

Mum loves gardening, and I am very handy with straight forward maintenance, as I have partially helped renovate two of our homes in Melbourne. We love a clean and tidy home. We are excited to help upkeep gardens and maintain homes while enjoying the new scenery in Queensland and warmer weather.

Last year we went to Gold Coast twice during winter and our friends who do house sitting permanently gave us this idea of house sitting and moving there during winter. We hired a campervan on our second trip and travelled around meeting great Queenslanders! People are so friendly and warm there! Looking forward to this adventure with Mum.

We don’t smoke, drink and don’t do parties. Just a quiet and responsible mother and daughter enjoying each other’s company, meeting and helping people.

We own our own home in Melbourne and know what it takes to keep a place clean, comfortable and tidy. We will treat all homes like our own. Even at hotels we have been to, the cleaners have commented upon our check-out the room looks so clean and tidy as though we had just checked in! 😂
