We are a semi-retired, very active, happily married couple. We are both quiet and considerate, non-smokers and love pets, and would be the ideal house-sitters. Our gorgeous Golden Retriever, Lucy, sadly passed away in May 2021. She was an integral part of our family and is sorely missed. However, her passing means that we are now much more flexible on availability to mind other people's pets and homes. We are both vaxxed 5 times and very
healthy, so we can reassure you that it is very unlikely that we wouldn't be able to fulfil any commitments that we make.
We are proud home owners and have a close family, and would treat your home and pet(s) as we would our own home and pets. Our home is always neat and tidy, and we would be applying this same standard and respect to your home, including basic lawn mowing etc as necessary.
We are both keen photographers, with a digital SLR camera, and would be pleased to provide you with photos of your pet(s), home and surroundings if that is of interest. However we are very ethical and honest and would respect your privacy at all times, and any photos taken (with your permission) would only be provided to you and not put on social media etc.
We also enjoy walking, either with dogs, or in the bush.

Steve and Robyn did a wonderful job caring for my precious spaniels with daily texts to confirm their wellbeing.
My home was beautifully clean to return to with fresh milk, wine and fresh flowers a bonus. My girls were calm and content.

Stephen and Robyn were the perfect housesitters. They came a day early to meet me and my pets and see the house, as we had an early start the next day. Communication was easy and although I was out of range a fair bit during my holiday, I appreciated the updates and photos. I came home to a sparkling clean house and tidy yard and garage - so appreciated after a long tiring day of travel, as well as some lovely treats and a thoughtful card. Stephen & Robyn were such a great fit for our Dog Defa, very friendly and easy to communicate with. They kept the line of communication clear and consistent; Robyn even suggested we have a WhatsApp group to make it easier to communicate whilst we were overseas which worked great! They updated us each morning with a photograph of Defa which was reassuring as this was 1st time we have left him.

I can't recommend Steve and Robyn highly enough after they minded my house and animals for two weeks in September 2022*. The house was sparkling when I got back (and I think was even cleaner than how they found it!). Zoe and Donna had a lovely time and it was so comforting to know they were in such good hands when I was away for so long. The pots plants all looked terrific, even some delicate seedlings that I wasn't confident were going to survive even in my care. Communication was great ... MORE
Steve and Robyn were great Housesitters and we would highly recommend them for your place! They kept in regular contact, including photos of our dogs, during their stay and left the house neat and tidy. They even left us a thankyou gift. Best of all our dogs loved them!
