I'm Mat, I'm 25 from Manchester and I'm backpacking in Australia looking for my next adventure. As far as backpackers go I’m pretty boring, I don’t drink or smoke, I’m just looking for somewhere to chill out for a while and spend time with some animal company! I have lots experience house sitting in both the UK and Aus and have lots of references available should you need them. I absolutely love spending time with animals as you can see from my photos. I’ve looked after Cats in Sydney, Dogs in Geelong, and even got my hands dirty with the emus and crocs in Darwin! I’m not working at the moment so would be able to spend lots of time giving your pets attention and taking care of your home. Let me know if you have any questions and we will speak soon :)

Mat was a great house sitter. He spent time getting to know Buddy and Carlo, put their welfare first, sent updates and photos during our time away. Mat would be an asset in any house sitting situation with a kind and caring demeanour, adventurous nature and love of all animals.
