We're a couple in our 30's who love animals, nature and the outdoors.
We are currently travelling Australia in our campervan after deciding to change up our lifestyle. We wanted to see more of this amazing country, so we sold our home of the last decade and hit the road! Both come from professional working backgrounds - Sam a Corporate Trainer and Lindsey an Administration Officer with 15 years experience.
Being previous homeowners ourselves, we understand homeowners who are concerned about ensuring the best possible care for their property and pets while they're away. We have great references, repeat requests and are grateful that people trust us with their beloved pets and home.
After losing our beautiful 15 year old dog in early 2022 we are eager to show our love to some new furry friends! Having grown up with cats and dogs, we do have an appreciation for both animals.
More about us as housesitters: We have experience caring for animals of various size and age (juvenile to senior) and are happy to administer medications where required. Our main priority is the happiness of your pet and security of your home, so we ensure majority of our time is spent at home/with the pet. We’ll also ask your pets routine to ensure we’re able to provide the best possible care before accepting the sit. Communication is key so we provide regular updates and photos (Lindsey loves animal photography) so that owners can rest assured knowing their home and pets are being well cared for.
Reliability is extremely important to us so we have never accepted a sit without being sure of our availability, nor ever cancelled.
We are well mannered, clean, tidy and respectful and would love the opportunity to take care of your home/pets. We look forward to meeting you!

If there were an award for "Best House Sitters Ever" Lindsey & Sam would win hands down. They looked after our 2 Labradors as if they were their own & we came home to a spotlessly clean house & clean chicken coop. They sent regular texts & photos while we were away & we felt very confident that our dogs were being well cared for. Sam & Lindsey ended up staying with us a bit longer than planned while they did some maintenance on their vehicle so we got to know them a bit better. I feel like I've ... We were so lucky to have Lindsey and Sam house sit for us. Lindsey and Sam were fabulous - took great care of the house and chickens, including having to facilitate adopting an unexpected rescue chicken, and having to deal with the unfortunate deaths of two of the flock just when they had been there long enough to bond with them. Our indoor plants looked happier when we got home than when we left, and the extended dry spell meant that the house sitting gig included a lot more watering than originally planned. We were kept updated the whole time, and ... They were warm and engaged, curious, honest and careful in their approach to the sit and we really enjoyed their company. I can't recommend Sam and Lindsey highly enough! They housesat for us while we travelled overseas looking after our two older dogs. One of dogs has a couple of heath issues and it didn't phase them at all. Their communication was excellent - they kept us informed and sent regular pictures of the doggies. When we returned home the house was immaculate and the dogs spent a few days moping around looking for them. Would definitely utilise Sam and Lindsey again in the future.

I highly recommend Lindsay and Sam for house sitting. They were very competent and attentive to our animals. The walked the dogs daily and maintained our routine. Communication was excellent,
Lindsay and Sam were also respectful of our home and belongings and left the house in impeccable state. I felt very comfortable having them here and would love to have them back.

We returned home, to a spotless house, they cleaned the bedding & towels & best of all our dogs were happier then ever. I feel like they had a holiday ...
