We are both retired now and love the freedom of being able to travel where and whenever we choose. Now living in a Lifestyle Village, this has made it very easy for us to enjoy travelling.

We are grandparents to a large number of the 2 legged variety
(grandchildren) as well as the 4 legged (both dogs and cats) and have been called upon to house sit and look after the dogs and cats whilst family being away. This has made us eager to house sit for others so that we can enjoy different surroundings in other states.

We both love animals and take pride in the care that we have given (to others - Golden Retrievers, Staffie, Doberman and ragdoll cat) and have given to our own dogs and cats over the years. It was only recently that we lost our beautiful Bella (toy poodle) who shared her life with us for 17 years.

Gardening is also something that Ken is very good at with both design and upkeep. I have assisted a number of neighbors over the years with the design and setting up, as well as helping to maintain the standard once established. We are happy to help maintain the upkeep of your garden.

Ken was a delivery driver (and is a handyman) and Andrea was a Personal Assistant to the local solicitor in our country town community.

Be assured that we would look after both your home and your fur babies as if our own, giving all the love and attention deserved.

We have had many housesits outside of Aussie Housesitters on recommendation and would be pleased to send you copy emails of reviews that we have received directly to our email address in thanks.

We are non smokers, fit and healthy, respectful and enjoy the outdoors (Ken loves golf).

Ken and Andrea, did an amazing job looking after our house and fur babies while we were away. The animals were well cared for and House and Garden was beautiful when we got home. One of our dogs has a few health issues which required a bit more care, but this did not phase Andrea at all. When we got home our dogs looked like they had a better holiday that us. We have no hesitation in Recommending these house sitters to everyone, but don't book them out as we would like them to house sit for us ... MORE

I can't speak highly enough of Ken & Andrea as house sitters. I returned home to find my house cleaner than when I left. It was spotless.. My dog Cosmo, was in great shape and in great spirits when I arrived home. You can just tell when you meet Ken & Andrea that they are very caring people who love animals. I would without hesitation recommend them to house sit for you and I will definitely ask them to house sit for me again. Regards Wayne.
