Hello, we are Bruno and Gail, husband and wife and we have been pet/house sitting full/part time for over 10 years now. Bruno sold his cafe business a few years ago now and I had been working in administration for Community Nursing in Australia. Bruno was born in Italy and brought up in France. He speaks fluent French & English, fully understands Italian, and speaks basic Italian. I was born in Australia.
With house sitting we have found that we are thoroughly enjoying the company of pets and their different personalities. We consider it to be a great privilege as we are being trusted with your lovely home and beloved pets. You can be sure that we will never take this for granted. We appreciate they are precious family members and will treat them as our own providing them with love, comfort, attention and exercise. House sitting enables us to combine our love for animals and pets with our passion for travel. With house and pet sitting we are interested in living in a community and not just being a drive through tourist. We understand that the care, security and safety of your pets and home are of the utmost importance, and we believe in giving 110%. We are also extremely aware and respectful of your privacy within your home.
We are financially secure, honest, clean living, non-smoking very proud house owners and would respect and treat your home as if it was our own. Although at present we do not have any pets of our own, due to travel plans, we have owned various pets over the years.
We both come from customer service backgrounds, and we feel that this gives us the ability to have a caring, nurturing attitude and an eye for detail. We are able to take decisions and deal with difficulties responsibly when they arise leaving you to be away and have peace of mind. We have had experience in repair and maintenance of properties with also having fully renovated another property that we own. (Apart from making a mean coffee Bruno is very handy)
To date we have done 112 sits and have been invited back by homeowners for future sits.

Bruno & Gail looked after our boys for a few days whilst we took a short break away. Although a little apprehensive as our first time house sitters, we were so happy with their wonderful service. As were our boys . I actually think they Were disappointed to see us walk through the door on our return home & not Bruno & Gail. They sulked for the rest of that day.

It was a pleasure to have Gail and Bruno stay and mind our home. They took excellent care of our plants and guinea pigs to make sure they were well looked after and comfortable. We felt confident leaving our place in their hands and came back to a sparkling clean apartment with everything just as we left it.
I don't even know where to start, I am sure there are no words to adequately describe how wonderful Gail and Bruno are.

We couldn't have had a better choice than Bruno and Gail! What a lovely couple! House spotless. Hubby arrived home a week before me and wanted to stay in a motel so he didn't mess it up before I saw it! Kind (dropped us at airport and picked Ian up), Wonderful with Rockie who went into a decline when they left and had to be cheered up with lots of treats. For our first experience of homesitting we were overwhelmed! They would be hard to beat, Rockie sends them his love.

From our first meeting we knew everything was going to be in very good hands and while we were away on our holiday we felt completely at ease knowing that they fed the hens and cat and walked the dog every day. They really love animals and Patsy our dog missed them when terribly they left.

Bruno and Gail were a delight to meet and have pet sit, they were great at communicating before and during the sit sending updates and photos. Always very loving to the pets and super gentle, would have them back in a heart beat.
Bruno and Gail did an amazing job looking after our dog & house while we were away, we could not ask for anything more!! They even made sure there were the essentials in the fridge when we got back. The house was spotless and the garden looked beautiful. Our dog was very happy and she had a great time while we were away.

Bruno and Gail were absolutely delightful. Whilst they were here they had some challenges with our poddy calf and had to become vet nurses and all round doctors.....they handled the situation with great care of our animals. Wow, as a first time Aussie House Sitter I was a little hesitant, but after meeting Gail and Bruno my mind was soon put to ease and we had made the perfect choice.

Gail and Bruno did a marvelous job of looking after our 2 Airedales Charlie Brown and Schroeder. Both the dogs were in excellent shape after their 5 weeks of being spoiled. On return our house was immaculate and thoughtfully some fresh fruit, vegies and milk were waiting in the fridge. We were extremely happy with Gail and Bruno and hope they are available next time we want to go away.

We feel so fortunate to have had Bruno and Gail come and look after our much loved dog Charlie. While away they posted photos regularly with updates and we could see how happy she was with them. Gail and Bruno were exceptional house sitters. They responded to communications promptly and took the time to meet with us in person prior to the sit.
