Hey all. I'm Lizzie and I'm 32 years old from Cornwall, England.
I've been in Australia since August 2022 and I love this beautiful country.
Housesitting feels like a great way for me to see and be part of real communities and feel integrated for the time I'm here, and mainly I just love the company of animals.
I'm naturally a responsible, kind tidy and considerate person who wants nothing but to leave your home as I found it, and your pet happy and content.
Having first hand pet owning experience myself, the most important thing to me is making sure that both you the owner, and of course the pet I’m sitting, are happy comfortable and feel at ease whilst you are away.
I grew up on a farm in Cornwall so I am used to all sorts of animals, we had everything from snakes to quail, Guinea pigs hamsters rabbits dogs cats - you name it!
I love houseplants and had approx 100 at home before I left I had to give up and put in care whilst I’m away.
Pictured is my cat Cookie, who is staying with her grandparents back in England. I miss my best pal so much while away, so I love to have the company of animals whilst being so far from home as it can get lonely!
I've done heaps of sits using various sites now and I've absolutely loved it. 🙂
I have a clear police check that I’m happy to send across.

Lizzie was the perfect pet sitter. Friendly, great communication and looked after our house and cat beautifully. Sent regular updates and left the house spotless. Would have Lizzie back any time!

Lizzie was AMAZING! She is such a lovely person and genuinely cared about our house and dog. She took such good care of our house and German Shepard Max, we got photos of him at the beach on their afternoon walks and he looked very content. She left the house in beautiful condition too, which was such a bonus to come back to! We would have Lizzie back in a heartbeat if we need another house sitter!

Lizzie was a great house and cat sitter. She sent regular updates and videos of Stevie. Stevie was very happy having Lizzie around, and she is usually a grumpy cat! Lizze also kept the house clean and tidy.

Lizzie is a great house-sitter! She made a real effort to befriend our cat Mirabella and won her over. Lizzie also sent gorgeous cat pics and updates throughout the house-sit which was really reassuring.
