My name is Susanne, 57 years young, an active and world travelled German woman with my partner Merlin from UK.
We have a big passion for animals and working from different parts in the world. Adapting to the daily routine of the animals while taking care of everything is our pleasure. As we work self employed we have a daily routine in working from the Laptop, taking care for your animals, garden and house/pool and enjoy the new or already known environments.
Since 2015 we had many wonderful House Sits in Australia, Thailand, Austria, England, Switzerland, France, Portugal, Spain and as well in Germany. Some of the home owners asked us to come again even 3-4 times ;-). There is a website with many recommendations that we collected over the years.
We believe House Sitting ia a reciprocal arrangement. We feel that House/Pet owners shoud be honest and povide the House Sitters with accurate information about their animals and House.
A super clean and well organised environment is where we see ourselfs as we both are aware of the importance of cleaniness for the health of all beings. As House Sittsers we in return look after your home and animals as if it/they were our own. We give a lot of time and love to your animals.
We are both vegetarian and good gardeners and live a healthy lifestyle, not smoking and drinking.

Susanne and Merlin were terrific sitters. Morris loved them, and we did too.. Our house was immaculately looked after, and all the plants survived the scorching weather.

This was our first experience at using the services of a Housesitter and both my husband and I agree we will now always do this when we go away! Susanne was wonderful!! Susanne was a fabulous house/pet sitter! She was professional and upfront from the moment we met. I had no concerns while we were away and knew everything was being cared for. Susanne sent me regular updates on the kitties and definitely spoilt them. It was so nice to arrive home to a clean house where we could relax after a long trip home. From the initial communication it was evident that Susanne was committed and very competent to care for our home and animals. There were was a problem with the pool filtration system which she took quick action and corrected then promptly made contact with us to have repaired. Very caring, tidy and well organised housitter highly recommended.
On meeting Susanne, we knew our house and animals were in great hands, and were very impressed on our arrival home, I would highly recommend Susanne in all fields of house and animal care, horse riding skills and care is of high standard. Even coming from Germany Susanne has no trouble communicating in all fields and is very thorough. I've also made a great friend and looking forward to Susanne house sitting our little farm again.

Susanne made our holiday so much more enjoyable, as we left our home and pets in capable hands. We came home to a clean house and happy pets. Gilly our Rhodesian Ridgeback enjoyed his outings with Susanne, whether it was at the beach or visiting new friends. We cannot thank Susanne enough for the amazing care that she gave to our home, pets and garden.
