Hi there!

I am an experienced Housesitter who has been on Trustedhousesitters.com for 2 years, and decided to give this site a try! I travel a lot for work and for events and art and have had some wonderful experiences overseas housesitting and also working. Since I've decided to live in Australia again, I am based in Far North Queensland.

I adore animals, and I really enjoy being highly active and going for walks. A lot of my work is online so I am always around to give your pets a lot of attention, walks, and to be a presence in the house while you are away.

I have so far house-sat for over 40 dogs and cats, as well as Bunny's, horses, fish, Guinee Pigs, and even some reptiles on occasion.

I highly prioritize a clean and healthy space and also look forward and enjoy any basic gardening duties.

It would be a privilege to look after your home and your pets and I'm more than happy to discuss any details with you over the phone or via email.

Amanda filled a last minute sit, she was flexible and coped with the lack of directions left well. The animals looked very happy and the house was tidier when we got home than before we left. Amanda was sensible and calm with dealing with unexpected challenges. Thanks!

Amanda made our holiday stress free! She looked after our animals like they were her own and kept the house neat and tidy. Her communication was great, sending frequent updates to us. Would have her back in a heart beat.

Amanda did a great job under what became difficult circumstances - not many house/pet sitters have to deal with a bridge on the only road in/out being washed away! It was great knowing the pups were safe and well looked after until we could get back to home and we appreciated her flexibility as we worked out how to get her out safely.

We have never used a house sitter before, but had to travel interstate short notice for a funeral. Amanda communicated really well with us, kept us updated on how her house sit was going, Which put us at ease. Our two Boxer dogs were happy and well looked after, Birds and Lizard were fed and cared for. The house was clean and I didnt expect Amanda to wash all her bedding but she had and it was all hung on the line. Amanda was a Very friendly person and very kind and caring. We will definately ... Amanda was great to house sit for us especially with such short notice. Our cat was happy and our house was left nice and clean and warm. Deffiently will be using Amanda again in the future very easy to communicate with
