Erik & Julian

Hello,

We are Erik and Julian, two German travelers currently on our gap year in Australia. We arrived in this beautiful country in early November, starting our journey in Melbourne. Having our own car provides us with flexibility and mobility. We both are non smokers.
We have experience housesitting, we cared for two lovely cats for 3 weeks near Sydney. If wanted we can provide a reference.
Both of us share a deep love for animals, and together, we bring a wealth of experience in caring for pets. Personally, I (Julian) have been surrounded by pets throughout my life, including the responsibility of caring for 7 chickens and maintaining their coop. Over the past 8 years, I have also cared for 2-3 rabbits and guinea pigs. In addition to these experiences, I've managed a fish tank and regularly walked my friends' dogs. Cats have also been a part of my life; my godfather had two, and I enjoyed playing with them.

On the other hand, I (Erik) haven't had pets of my own yet. However, I've frequently interacted with friends' pets and established positive connections with them. Although I haven't had the opportunity to gain direct hands-on experience due to my family situation, I've always been fond of pets and enjoy being in their company.

We are excited about the prospect of furthering our experience with pets during our time in Australia. Despite the lack of personal pet ownership for Erik, we both share a genuine enthusiasm for caring for animals. Despite our young age we are organized and can take care of a household.
