BACKGROUND:

Prior to joining Aussie House Sitters in early 2023, I established what has since become a trusted brand in 'Craig's House Sitting' (dot com) established 2016 after returning from a UK adventure working and "workawaying' throughout 2015.

During this period of time I have collected dozens of REAL references and testimonials (viewable on my website) to demonstrate how I work with and for people, and how I look after their pets and properties.

I provide a Tasmania wide service having looked after pets and properties in the following Greater Hobart areas; Bellerive, Howrah, Tranmere, Acton, Lauderdale, Sandford, Clifton Beach, Moonah, Primrose Sands, Murdunna, Lenah Valley, Kingston, Blackmans Bay, Sandy Bay, Dover, Bicheno, Port Arthur, Somerset Burnie, and many other Tasmanian locations.

VERIFY any information - before trusting anyone to look after your home and pets - seek clarification on testimonials and references, and speak to referees if possible.

Experience: How experienced is your house sitter?
Accountability: Can you rely on this person/s and how would you know?
Maturity: Experience matters with house sitters.
Questions: Does your sitter/s ask relevant questions?
Are they interested, present, engaged, and 'switched on' to your needs and requirements while you are away?
Verification: Are your house sitter/s who they say they are?
Clean and tidy: Referee evidence?
Do they understand what is required to responsibly look after a property and pets?
Do they understand what privacy and confidentiality actually mean?
Do they understand how to 'actively manage risk' and how to respond if there are issues during the stay?
