My name is Steven and my partner is Imran. We lived most of the year between India and Bali, with six monthly visits to Australia - from 2014 to late 2022. (Pre the nightmare that is COVID, where we were stuck in England and Turkiye for 18 months). We have been house/pet sitting ever since.

I think that house/pet sitting would be great for your pets and home plus suit our needs perfectly. Why, do you ask?
1. We own an AirBnB business with three properties in Bali (previously six and included Southern India - thanks COVID), so we know how to take care of a property that is someone else's home (mix of owned, leased and rented).
2. We rented a home in India that we took particular care of, even more so as friends came to stay regularly. I designed, installed and cared for the garden. It's one of the photographs.
3. We love animals - loving cows and dogs (plus a lot of goats/sheep) is almost mandatory in India and Bali. I looked after street dogs in both countries and previously have owned dogs and in Australia, house sat for friends (and via other sites) with dogs and cats. And of course, loving cats was mandatory when living for 14 months (20/21) in the city of cats aka Istanbul. One adopted us by climbing in the window and taking up residence in the shower - where I later helped her deliver 3 babies!
4. I was CEO of Vets Beyond Borders (an Australian NGO operating primarily in India), which provides a pretty good appreciation for animal welfare.
5. I am a 3rd generation green thumb, so don't worry about the garden or house plants.
6. Non smokers, healthy (fully vaxxed, incl. boosters) tidy and friendly.
7. References (9+) can be attached to any message. This site doesn't allow for them to be visible for some reason.
8. All my work is via laptop/iPad and from home, so if your pet likes company, then I am your guy. Imran is an Ayurvedic Yoga Masseur.
All in all, we like to think house sitting is a great match for our love of travel and caring for animals/homes/gardens. We are on a gradual return path to living in Australia and house/pet sitting is designed perfectly to allow us to stay in various parts of Australia and work out what location would be great, plus having our own 'pets' again.
Happy to travel where you are (for any house sitting in excess of 28 days) and if we can link a housesit locally with yours, shorter ones are also possible.

Steven and Imran looked after our home, garden and cats (Boy Boy and Cat Cat) for a month.
They were excellent in looking after the house, ensuring it was super clean (we had it for sale with inspections going on), the garden and pool tended. Boy Boy and Cat Cat also spoke very highly of the guys - and we confirm their opinion. We were sent regular pictures and updates.
