We are an active retired couple who love animals and being outdoors.

As we have no animals of our own at the moment, we are enjoying helping other pet owners out , giving them peace of mind that their beloved pets are being well looked after.

We have had the joy of 2 dogs & cats in our lives.
A German shepherd x collie which we brought over to Nz with us from the UK and a border terrier.
Lisa has experience with obedience & agility training which she used to do with Ruby just for pleasure.

We have always been kept busy over holiday periods looking after pets for both family and friends and now we are travelling have added pet sitting to that, recently in Tasmania.

We are finding out that its a wonderful way to have our 'animal fix ' whilst helping others as we know how stressful it can be leaving your pets to go away, we are happy to give you regular updates to help alleviate that.

We will treat your pets as if part of our family , we will spend lots of quality time with them, walking, playing and lots of cuddles and are happy to keep to their routine.

A little about ourselves :-
We live on a 5 acre lifestyle block in Dunedin, south island of NZ , We are on tank water , solar power & solar system ,so we are very conscious of water & power consumption.
We have previously kept sheep & chickens , and we have a greenhouse & veggie gardens, and a tractor & ride on lawnmower for our own lawns
We arrived in NZ in 1996 as lisa got a job as a dental hygienist at the dental school here in Dunedin, Steve worked for Aotea electric and then started up his own lawnmower & chainsaw sales & service business in 2003, which we then sold in 2016.

We are both non smokers, clean and tidy ,practical people and we will treat your home with the utmost respect.

We enjoy walking , fishing , cooking ,gardening , reading & travel, We have bought a Suzuki Jimny and will be travelling around Australia, so can be very flexible .
