I'm Annabel, or Annie the pet Nannie on this web site! I would love to care for your pets whilst you are away.
I am 68, non smoker/non drinker, and enjoy a quiet lifestyle.
I would be delighted to take care of your dogs, cats, other animals (but not birds due to an allergy-chooks o.k though) and of course, your home!
I have years of experience in caring for dogs large and small, cats, horses and ponies and donkeys, and can keep an eye on cows and sheep etc. i.e. I would know when there was something wrong...and have moved them from one paddock to another before now!
I have a mid sized campervan, bigger than a car (height, width and length) so does need a bit of room and a flat space to park!
Happy to stay in my house on wheels or in your house, as you wish.
I am accompanied by 2 desexed male Whippets, Both are getting a bit longer in the teeth, and they do tend to spend most of their time asleep on my bed in the campervan, the younger boy loves a short play every now and then with friendly dogs although they both love 'their' campervan!, In cooler weather it is more likely that they won't even poke their noses out, whilst in warmer weather they will lay on my bed with their cooler blowing cool air on them!. Whippets like their comfort!
On some recent sits the house dogs have come in and enjoyed the campervan too, Ciaran my younger boy loves inviting his new found friends in too our campervan!!
I enjoy longer 'sits' in Country or Country town locations. But am very flexible in most matters!
Hounds of course are my 'specialty'! but I also have many years of Gundog experience, having previously trained and shown and trialed Golden and Labrador Retrievers.
Also have some regular pony/horse sits and in my younger years was a keen horsewoman , now I just love to be around them as arthritis tends to niggle if I ride......
