Peter and Brenda live aboard our Sailboat Lalaguli but enjoy land time periodically and as our gorgeous boy Jake the Sailor Dog crossed the rainbow bridge in April 2022, this opportunity will allow us to love on other pet babies, too.

We are currently living on our sailboat in Central Qld but looking for periodic housesits and in particular, Christmas 2023 so if you think we would be a good fit for your home and pets, please contact us. We have really enjoyed our house sitting experiences and loving on the pets that we looked after.

We enjoyed our first house sit experience looking after a gorgeous puppy and his home and then looked after a putty tat who decided we were okay hoomans and enjoys lots of cuddles and pets and our most recent house sit we enjoyed looking after a puppy and a cat together - best of both worlds. We also recently did a housesit for our friends (not on Aussie Housesitters) for 8 weeks while they were overseas and tended to her garden & their two puppies.

We provided occasional updates with pictures of pets to keep Mum and Dad updated on how they were doing and in all cases we have won the hearts of the puppy dogs and the kitty cats we have looked after.

This is a great service and we highly recommend using it.

Lovely friendly couple. We returned to find happy cats and clean house. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Brenda kept in touch and sent photos which was very considerate as it was the first time we left our fur babies. All in all a successful house sit. 😊

Brenda and Peter were superb Housesitter’s. They constantly kept in contact while we were away keeping us updated on Obi and Solo. They kept the house clean and tidy and were very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them

I am so glad I found this review page. Molly certainly loved the care and attention she received, in fact she was spoilt. Whenever we left her before she would sulk for three days and glare at us to because we were not there. This time she was very happy to see us and carried on as though we hadn't been away. Thank you so much.
