We are a fit, responsible, resourceful and happily married couple, being self-employed for almost all of our working lives and are currently semi-retired while running an internet marketing business.
In the decades we have been together, we have owned and renovated many houses, and have been both landlord and tenant, so we understand what's required to present and maintain a home to a high standard.
Not so long ago, we sold our small acreage to downsize, and feel that we want to travel before we settle down once more - this is where house-sitting comes in!
We are honest, hardworking, reliable, non-smoking, trustworthy and caring people and very respectful towards other people's privacy and property.
In our last home, we ran a BnB through the AirBnB system for some years and we loved it. Our guests always appreciated staying with us (the longest continuous guest stayed almost 3 weeks), and our reviews were always 5-star, so we achieved a "Super Host Status" - the criteria to achieve this is a continuously high standard (5-star) for cleanliness, service, communication and location.
We have a loving nature towards animals, and enjoy the companionship of them, such as the walks, plays and cuddles and we can give them the attention they need so they don't fret while you are away. Up till recently, we have had animals all our lives and we would look after your pets as if they were our own, returning them to you just as you would like.
We are keen gardeners, so we are comfortable looking after your pool, garden and yard following the instruction you would give us.
By keeping your home clean, tidy and secure, looking after your pets and maintaining your indoor and outdoor plants in the best condition possible, we will be maintaining your property to your liking.
We can look after your mail, forward any urgent messages on to you as required, and would also do anything else that needs to be done while you are away.

I can't recommend Wendy and Greg highly enough. They're confident care takers and instantly put me at ease with their experience.
They kept in communication every couple of days whilst we were away to send me pictures of the pets, and they followed all the animal care instructions that I left.
When I returned to the house it looked better than when I left it! My pets clearly loved spending time with them and Wendy and Greg left the place spotless.

Wendy and Greg looked after our much loved cat Ughy and our house for us for a week. We found them to be excellent house-sitters. Ughy was dozing under the plants when we arrived home and wasn't interested in greeting us which is testament to how well he was looked after. The house was left in a spotless condition. As soon as we met Wendy and Greg we knew immediately we'd made the best decision. Our 2 fur babies fell in love with them straight away. They took exceptional care of our home and cared for our dogs as well as we do. We were regularly kept up to date with any news and cute pics of our fur babies. Wendy and Greg are a lovely couple that I'm sure we will keep in contact with in the future. We highly recommend them as home and pet sitters :-)
Wendy and Greg were THE BEST. We have had great sitters before but they went above and beyond what was expected. Our house was not only sparkling clean when we arrived home but there was food in the fridge and towels placed at the bottom of our bed. Skittie was obviously well cared for, as was our garden. Their communication was exceptional. Would highly recommend and would have them sit for us again in a heartbeat. Thank you Wendy & Greg.

I highly recommend Wendy and Greg as housesitters. They were outstanding - the pets were extremely well looked after as was our garden and the house. They provided regular updates and photos of the pets as well as asking how are holiday was going. (we were in Europe). We wouldn't hesitate saying yes to another holiday overseas if we could have Wendy and Greg house sit for us again.
Wendy and Greg are great house sitters. We could not fault them at all. The house was beautifully clean, the garden well maintained and we had a happy cat. Their communication with us during our absence was just right. Just lovely people.
Wendy and Greg were wonderful house and dog sitters for us. Due to needing a last minute change in dates they were only here for 3 nights, but their flexibility was very much appreciated. Our house was left throughly cleaned, the dogs well looked after too! Their communication was wonderful and we very much appreciated their help. Hoping to have them back another time :)
I have just arrived home from my short trip away. WOW. Wendy and Greg not only took care of our home beautifully (the house was spotless when I arrived back) but kept us up to date with our pets throughout the stay as well. Superb house sitters and I hope they can come and stay again.

Wendy and Greg went above and beyond what we expected! We received regular communication and updates on how the animals were faring, and they happily dealt with some unexpected issues that cropped up (changing over of gas bottle). We arrived home to an immaculately clean house, mowed lawn, weeded garden, and happy animals.
We would definitely recommend Wendy and Greg as house sitters and we are looking forward to having them back again.
