Carol or Caz, I answer to both.

Life to me is akin to a degustation dinner, the variety of dishes tempting us to have a taste of everything on offer.

This senior in years has been imbibing in lifes palate for seven decades exploring the palette of Australia in her camper van. currently (24/05/2024) in West Wyalong heading north. - Nyngan; Moree; Northern Rivers until late May. Hopping across the border into QLD. Destination Gladstone Tannum Sands to spend a week with my sister. During the month of June I’m available on my way up to see her. June 25th Birdsville. Volunteer at the Big Red Bash July 1-4.

I feel confident in undertaking this trip solo equipped with well rounded life skills and experience.

My age is but a number, I am infused with a vitality that leaves my grandchildren exhausted.

I’m a Wannabe - published author, recognised actor.

I’m also a realist, I know at times I’ll miss my garden, family and contact with their household pets..

Having the company of pets and caring for them will help to alleviate some of the loneliness I expect will assault me from time to time..

I’ve been a keen gardener from as far back as I can recall.

I’m a relaxed, clean homekeeper. I respect others property as I expect others to respect mine. IE respecting the privacy of the homeowner, maintaining the home respectful of the way the homeowner likes to keep it.

History, recorded online also speaks volumes. Do I know about caring and nurturing gardens and plants? A Google search, "Carol's Hillside Oasis," will be a testimony I do know how to look after gardens and plants.

Pets - If they could speak on my behalf from doggy and kitty heaven, I know they would repeat what friends have said, “If I come back in another life form after death, I would choose to come back as one of your pets.”

Animals were an ongoing part of our family when the kids lived at home.

My kids, now with their own homes, have adopted pets which are treated the way they learned from having pets in their home growing up - as an integral and loved part of the family.

Cleanliness - Friends can verify the way I care for my home and respect theirs.


Tripping around Aus. caring for pets, homes and gardens during your absence will give me some down time to xplore the locality and give me a reprieve from travel. I’m also wanting to continue with my writing.

I will need somewhere to park my camper van Maxine Millicent Mercedes.
