Our home

There is a super king bed in the bedroom with room to move around it. Its a 2 bedroom apartment with the second bedroom is mainly for storage. Its a little bit shabby chic. Apartments are about 20 years old. There is a gym and a pool, tennis court, sauna and a park with a BBQ. All these amenities are free for tenants. Only the BBQ and tennis court need bookings at the office where there is a concierge/security 24/7. There is a parking spot downstairs in the basement.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Its around the corner from the hospital and Parramatta. I love Parramatta Park and the lake for walks. Parramatta is very lively. Pubs, clubs, theatres, restaurants and Westfield's to name a few.

Shady is not your typical chi. He is anxious and shy but once he realises you are his food source, he will warm to you quite quickly.😂 He may sit at the door waiting for me for a couple of days and not eat but he overcomes that when hunger overtakes the separation anxiety.

He's going blind with cataracts but not quite there yet. He can see things close in his range. He's also deaf in one ear. So he may turn the other way if you call him.. the trick is to remember which ear so if you don't want to confuse him call him when its on the same side as you. Hehe.. Otherwise..its funny looking at him looking for who's calling him..from somewhere else.😅 Though these things seem impossible...they are actually not. He sleeps a lot. He's 14 soon. Occasionally he will want to be close to you but he happily stays nearby to feel safe. He loves being scratched and if you ask him he'll kiss you. He loves being held in your arms or between your legs if you cross them. He goes up and down a ramp for excersise and to sleep on the couch. He has got his own bed..one in the bedroom which if you sleep in there he may stay there. He's slow to walk as I think he's starting to get arthritic.. so I have a pram you can take him anywhere you wish. Hes good on a leash too but not for running. The prams for that. He is used to going on adventures (and get ready) as people always want to pat him. It's a great way to get talking to people and meeting new people. I havn't decided if im taking my car yet. I wanted to go up to Byron Bay for a break. So maybe we can work something out there too. Its automatic wagon and ive got a blow up mattress you can go on a few day adventures to beaches etc. Ive got an esky too you can use..I'll give you everything you need to take him on trips too.
He is house-trained. Disposable wee pads you just have to show him where you put them and he'll go there. There's also some fake grass set up on the balcony so you can send him out there too if door is open. He flips open the screen to go in and out himself.
He is so loveable. Vets and nurses always are surprised at how beautiful and non aggressive he is for a chi. So please give him a chance and he will give you one too. 🐶
