This is a modern 4x2 house with an undercover patio and a long garden area.

Our 2 very adorable and cuddly family Labrador Dogs are 3 yrs old.

Our 2 very adorable and cuddly family Labrador Dogs are almost 3 yrs old.
Milly and Misty are both very friendly, cuddly and love the attention espcially they're cuddles and belly rubs!. They will need to be fed twice a day morning and evening. They need to be supervised when in the living room area as they can be quite sneaky/naughty at times and take things off the kitchen bench or kitchen table
Dog poo’s need to be picked up twice a day and placed in red lid outside bin.

I had a great experience house sitting for Rich and looking after Millie and Misty. The dogs were lovely, well behaved and very easy to care for. The house was left clean, tidy and ready for my stay, which made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with Rich was excellent both before and during the sit, and everything was clearly explained. We really enjoyed our stay in Banksia Grove, which worked well for both us and Rich. Millie and Misty are lovely Labradors, both with affectionate nature and their own unique personalities. Easy enough to care for and especially enjoy walks, meals, and belly rubs. They can be strong on the lead at first, particularly if on heat- so walking them solo can be a bit of a challenge. The supermarket run is an easy 20-min walk, or there's a nearby bus stop and about a 30-min trip to Joondalup. Thanks again for the opportunity to look after your girls and your home!

Rich was very kind and welcoming throughout the whole house sitting. He was always clear with the instructions and even left a book with everything explained in detail, which made everything very easy and comfortable. The girls are very affectionate dogs who really enjoy company and cuddles. It was such a pleasure spending time with them and taking care of them. He consistently checked in with us and made an effort to help whenever we had any questions. The house is in good condition, and Milly and Mistie behaved well overall. They can be a bit mischievous with belongings, so it’s best not to leave things unattended around them. We had a great week at Rich’s house caring for Milly and Misty. Rich’s communication was great prior to and throughout the stay, and he was really accommodating with our need to stay an extra night which was very kind. The house was great and the garden was ideal for the girls throughout the day. They are very excitable sisters and love a cuddle on an evening. They liked to be walked together so they do need a strong hand to walk them as they can get excited! Thanks Rich!
Milly and Misty are very sweet, affectionate dogs who will keep you busy. They’re not great on the lead- they don’t heel and can pull strongly. I was told they walked well, but in my experience they needed firm handling. If you’re a solo sitter, walking them separately works best. Our walks were cut short after I injured myself while walking them. They need supervision in the living room as they chew or destroy items if unattended, but you can leave them outside if you need to run an errand. ... We completed a house sit caring for Milly and Misty. They are friendly dogs and were straightforward to care for. Communication with Rich was clear and he provided the necessary information to look after the dogs and the home. The sit went smoothly.
We had a great experience looking after Rich’s two Labradors, Misty and Millie, during our one-week stay. They are playful, energetic, and full of joy — we loved spending time with them . Rich’s home was comfortable and welcoming, making our stay very pleasant. Communication was easy throughout the sit, and we felt fully supported with all the information we needed. We truly enjoyed our time with Misty and Millie and would be happy to pet sit for Rich again in the future.

Great house sit, we met up with Rich and his two lovely kids to go see his accommodation as well as their sweet and veerry energetic dogs😆🐾🌪️ Misty & Milly, who happened to be sisters😍 how sweet! It was clean when we arrived and Rich gave a very good introduction on the dogs and their schedule! It was a nice kitchen, dishwasher, garage ect. The essentials that are convenient to have!😊 Thanks for the trust, we would recommend!
We had such a lovely time house sitting for Misty and Millie – two wonderful labs who were an absolute joy to look after. Rich, the owner, was a fantastic communicator from start to finish and will go above and beyond to help out where he can, which made everything easy and stress-free. The flat itself was comfortable, clean, and great location to stay in. We’d be more than happy to stay again – highly recommended!

This was already our third week we looked after Milly and Misty. Though they are on heat they were as always very happy. As in previous times, we were very satisfied with the communication with Rich. And since the weather wasn't so good this time, we were even more pleased that Rich has all kinds of streaming services and we were allowed to use them. We highly recommend becoming a house sitter for Rich and a dog sitter for the lovely dogs Milly and Misty!

This was our second house sit here, and it was just as great as the first. Milly and Misty are super sweet dogs; we really love them. The house had everything we needed. Communication with Rich was always super easy, and he always answered our questions quickly.!

We did the house sitting as a couple, and we were very happy! Rich is super nice, communication was seamlesse and always responded quickly to our questions. The house had everything we needed, just great. We don't have a car but it wasn't a problem. You can take the bus directly from Joondalup. The bus stop is 2 minutes from the house and it's about a 20-minute walk to Woolworths, Cole’s, … Milly and Misty are such adorable dogs!! Milly and Misty are such sweet dogs! They are very affectionate and love to cuddle and spend time with you. They were very easy dogs to look after. Rich was amazing! Great communication and the house was great and had everything you could need/want. Definitely recommend Rich, Milly and Misty, and thank you for having me!
The dogs were easy to look after, very well behaved. The house itself has all your home comforts, sport channels to streaming services. The house is a ten minutes drive to the closest train into the city which took us about 35 - 40 mins to get to the city center. It's about a 10 minutes drive to the closest beach. There is a coles and Woolworths only 2km up the road so its very walkable. Thanks Rich for having us in your home. We loved looking after Milly and Misty.

Milly and Misty are adorable, easy to take care ! They each have their own character but both require a lot of affection. There are a few parks nearby, ideal for walking. Great communication with Rich despite my level of English. Thank you for trusting us to take care of the girls and the house.
