Joy and I want to go away for about 7 days. We have chickens which need eggs collecting daily. So the crows don't start eating them.! With 3 food and water stations that needs keeping an eye on. Plus a large homing pigeon flock that need releasing then locking most days. The pigeons have 3 feeding stations. So that's 3 feeding stations and 3 watering stations that need to be observed and topped up when necessary.

Sounds a lot but it's easy!
We live In a semi-rural area on a cul-de-sac. A short walk to the bus route. We have unlimited WIFI and NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO and a 65 inch smart TV. Plus room for a caravan out the front. Plus a double remote controlled lock up garage and large out door patio.
Preferably without pets. Applicant must treat the property like their own, so they must be observant. Need to be able to do basic repairs or arrange for same. Such as leaking taps or leaking water stations or just general stuff. Must have good references and history,
Must be tidy and a non-smoker non vaper!!
You have access to a double bed, plus 1 single bed. Shower, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining room, lounge and laundry.
On a cull de sac with quiet Neighbours. Plus an easy set house alarm system. Must be able to communicate with us while we're away, If needed.

I have 3 chicken pens and 3 pigeon cages. Chicken eggs need daily count and collection. Plus the sitter needs to keep an eye on food and waters. Must be neat and tidy, responsible and above all a non smoker/ non vaper.

First experience with the website and this encounter didn't disappoint! Such a great experience that was to meet Ian & Joyce! Lovely people, very kind, generous and so accommodating they even did all the way to pick me up where I was staying and offered to stay longer than they actually needed me for, offering help for my other plans as well . Ian and Joy were very kind with us, helping us in everything we need. We took care of their piggions and chickens, we really have fun and enjoy it! We absolutely recommend their home for sit. Ian was the first person showing us a kangaroo!!!!

It was a beautiful experience that we can't wait to repeat again. They are an amazing couple, very understanding and they always are trying to help. We felt very well recieved and they always looked for ways to help us to continue our way of living. Definitely a 11/10. Thanks for all the love and care.
Had another wonderful sit, Ian and Joy had clear communication regarding their requirements and I enjoyed looking after the chickens and pigeons, shops were close by and the area was quiet and relaxing. Thanks
