Our home

My home is an ‘Old Queenslander’ on 1200sm.
It’s just been totally renovated and is a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Great Fishing:)
It is a 2 story home however I only use downstairs.
Fully fenced.
You can park your Van in the fully fenced and secure backyard.
Beautiful big trees surrounded by vegetable gardens and large manicured lawns.
I have large marquees if you wish to erect these near your van.
You are welcome to use everything downstairs as well.

Due to not having town water our water supplies are large Rain Water Tanks which must be used conservatively.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Poona is a quiet coastal town on the Fraser Coast.
Fabulous Fishing.
There’s no supermarkets, shopping centres or petrol stations here.
Maryborough is a 25 minute drive away.
We do however have a small convenience store that is open during the day.

1 20 year old cat.
1 17 year old Rainbow Lorikeet.

My labs require drops in their afternoon meal. Rose Hip oil.

Important info

Special requirements are my very much loved Labradors❤️who suffer separation anxiety so can’t be left alone at all.
Someone needs to be with/around them at all times.
They are elderly now however they need to be exercised each day.
Walks/chasing tennis balls in the back garden/swims at the beach.
