Our home

Our home is a 2 bed 2 bath in a very nice building just off of St Kilda road 15 mins walk from Anzac station.

The building has a swimming pool, sauna , steam room and gym which you can get into with the key fob.

We live on the 6th floor and our balcony directly looks over albert park with no one overlooking us. The balcony is noisy as its up against Queens road however the apartment is highly soundproofed so unless its a V6+ you wont hear anything and you still get the view out of the ... The balcony is noisy as its up against Queens road however the apartment is highly soundproofed so unless its a V6+ you wont hear anything and you still get the view out of the balcony doors all day and night. We have a lovely stone kitchen with high end appliances, a juicer , blender , air fryer , dishwasher , washing machine and seperate dryer

I will be taking our car with us when we leave so you also have an underground car parking space should you need one.

We shop at prahan market and the woolies opposite however there is also a Woolies Metro next to Anzac station should you want to grab something quick. Theres also a couple of express shops dotted up st kilda road.

In terms of outside space we have the balcony but with it being against a busy road we tend to walk to fawker park which is quite literally a few lanes of traffic away. You can obviously walk in albert park however we are the golf course side so you will need to walk the main road around the outside to get to an entrance, effectively walking around the lake to then walk around the lake! We are also 25 min walk to the shrine of rememberence and 45 min walk into the city centre down one straight road past the shrine and art centres which is a very nice city walk.

Convenience! St kilda road is great, its clean , safe and quiet at night. 15 mins to cbd by tram. 15 mins to south yarra by tram.

Our cats are our children and for 10 days they will be yours too.

We fostered them in January this year before their eyes were open. The mum (Lottie) is 18 months old and the kittens (Pippin, Ralph and Henry) 6 months old.

They havnt had a toilet accident in months and apart from jumping on the breakfast bar you wont need to tell them off...one of them can bite a little hard if you wind him up playing but if you yelp he gets the message, hes a 6 month old kitten so not sure he could break skin if he even tried! Its very much a love bite too.

They are all very playful and have countless ping pong balls and toy mice you can throw which they will chase...every time! They dont expect to be played with as they wrestle each other however they do enjoy the interaction so it would be nice if you could play with them.

They eat a specific raw rood diet which I weigh and make myself. I then portion it up and put them in the freezer. They have 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I store the food flat and in bags so you just grab one out , put it in the sink with like warm water for 5/10 mins then portion it out. I also have latex gloves for if you dont want chicken organ juice on your hands!

They have a giant litter tray which they all use very well, it has high sides so doesnt make a mess either which is ideal. We use a tofu litter which clumps and then dissolves when submerged so cleaning their toilet is as easy as scooping straight into the toilet and then flushing!

Finally, you will be cuddling 4 cats. They like to be held, sleep on your legs , your chest. The ginger one likes to be...smacked? Seriously you have to pat him until you hear a dull thud coming from his ribcage...weird lad but I can demonstrate as its his thing and hes also the gentle one of the 4!
