Our home

My home is a comfortable, low-maintenance three-bedroom freestanding unit in a very quiet neighbourhood. It’s street-facing with its own frontage and isn’t tucked away behind other units. The area is peaceful, with very few children or other animals nearby.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

I love how quiet and peaceful the area is, while still being close to everything. Watergardens Shopping Centre and train station are just 1km away, with a great range of shops and restaurants. Melbourne CBD is around 25km away – about 30 minutes by car or 40 min by train.

Bobby Lee and Henri are two friendly, affectionate cats who are very much homebodies and enjoy having someone around for company. They’ll need to be fed morning and night, along with some playtime, attention and cuddles. They’re used to having plenty of company, as I work from home at least three days a week, so I’m looking for someone who’ll be happy to spend a reasonable amount of time at home with them rather than being out all day, every day. We also have some wild birds that visit the backyard each morning. Their only care is throwing out a few handfuls of oats and bird seed for them each morning — they’ll take care of the rest!
