Our home

Our house is quite unique. It is a pole house with an open plan kitchen, dining room and family area. It has reverse cycle heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs. The guest bedroom has a built in wardrobe, and a queen size bed. The bathroom is quite modern and contains a Laundry behind a folding door. We have a clothes line, but no dryer.
The house is situated in a large treed garden, with a shade carport.

Rosebud is a great location for wineries, coastal walks, panoramic views, bay and ocean beaches. Great restaurants and cafes within easy driving distance. Rosebud Cinema is close by. About 1 hour from Melbourne with and easy drive via Eastlink.

2 cats, quite timid. Must be kept indoors at all times, so litter trays require cleaning every day. Otherwise fairly straight forward.

Minimal - If it does not rain for a few days, then some pots do require watering outside. we will water the inside ones before we go. Not too difficult and will take approximately 10 minutes.

Andrew and I are a retired couple. We enjoy living in Rosebud very much. We are keen to do quite a bit of travelling, so it we can find someone who enjoys sitting our house and pets it would be great.
