Our home

We live in a two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment just outside the city. It is a 20 minute tram to the city and there are multiple trams you can take as we are right on st kilda road. It is a 20 minute walk to Fawkner park and a 5 minute walk to Albert park. It is also a 10 minute walk to st kilda. We have a large balcony with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a coffee outside. We also have a proper coffee machine which can be used to make delicious coffee. We have aircon in the living room and a standing cooling fan in the bedroom. The general layout is quite spacious as we live in an older building, with open living and dining room. There is no car port and street parking is paid unless on a weekend as we don’t have a permit.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

We are very close to everything you need, but it feels suburban with our street beautiful lined with lush plain trees. We are 20 minutes from the city, 5 minutes from Albert park, and a 2 minute walk from a 7/11.

Penny is a 3 year old cocker spaniel, who is very energetic and loves to play. She is crate trained and very disciplined, which makes her very manageable. She loves sleeping her in crate, and will sleep in her crate throughout the night. She is potty trained as we have a dog door that she can use with a real grass patch on our balcony.

This was honestly one of the best house-sits we've ever had. Jara and Siy are such a lovely couple. They were warm, welcoming, and so easy to communicate with from start to finish.
