Our home

Looking for a cat sitter while I'm overseas for 2 weeks. It is a 3 bedroom, two bathroom standalone house at the end of a cul-de-sac road. It has a backyard that gets all day sunshine. Other amenities in the house include wifi, streaming services, washing machine & dryer (off-peak power available), heating/cooling, block out shutters on the bedroom windows.

Please note: only 1 bedroom will be available for a sitter to sleep in.

Missy is a long-hair domestic cat, that loves to sit on laps and sleep with you in the bed. She is super affectionate so you would need to be happy to have cuddles all the time - don't wear black. She is an indoor/outdoor cat and has an enclosed yard to enjoy during daylight house. There is a cat door in the screen door to allow her access as she wants but it will need to be closed once the sun goes down.

There is off-street parking in the front yard and the house is super low maintenance. It is a quiet area even with neighbours close by, with a bus into the city a 10 minute walk away.

I leave late in the evening of Friday 28 August so the house sit would start from around 6pm, and we would need to have you arrive for handover of keys and to run through a few things about the house.

Not far from Archerfield airport, you can often see the smaller planes fly overhead. There are walks nearby along with a small shopping area including an Aldi, fruit & veg shop and a few other shops.

Missy is a very affectionate cat with fussy tastes. She needs variety in her meals so the biggest thing will be ensuring you alternate her wet food daily which is (of course) provided.

Megan is a lovely Woman who is so kind and communicates very well! Missy, the cat is adorable and very easy to take care of. I loved to stay in the house and in the area. I would definitely go there again!
