Our home

We moved into this beautiful area 2years ago. The house is comfortable for two people and in good condition, though we're still working on upgrading a few things here and there.

We have two levels: the ground floor has an open kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two rooms with beds. The spacious upper level has also a bed. Plus, the house has a cozy veranda, where you can relax in a hammock and enjoy the views and the birds.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Grose Vale is a good distance from Sydney, but the city's finest beaches and the city center are about 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car or train.
If you're up for a hike, the Blue Mountains are just around the corner.
We are surrounded by nature,but all other facilities are reachable in 10-15 min.

I recently looked after Silke’s home, dogs & chickens for 5wks. It was obvious from the start that she really cares about her animals. Their food was healthy & varied. Even the chickens ate better than me 😂 The dogs are smart & quickly became my close companions. The property is fenced but the dogs can & did leave the property multiple times. The garden is fairly extensive, productive & lush. There is no irrigation system, so hand watering with a hose is required. The view is amazing & ... You wake up to the sound of a Rooster 🐓 No TV but it has really good Wifi. It is more about reading, music & podcast. Two wheel drive accessible & parking potentially available for larger vehicles. Overall I enjoyed my time there.
