Our home

My home is a one bedroom apartment that gets a lot of natural light, and beautiful sunset views every evening. I have a record player and book collection that can be enjoyed at your leisure. The living space, dining space, and kitchen are open plan, while the bedroom can be sectioned off with the rolling door or kept open. The bathroom is big with a large shower. The building is quiet and peaceful. My unit is on the ground floor of the front entrance. The garage is small and my car will be kept in my space, but there is decent street parking around if you drive, and a bus stop right outside my door if you prefer public transport. I am a short walk from both Five Dock bay, and the Iron Cove Bay Run. If you enjoy walking, running, or biking, it is the perfect neighbourhood for it.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Being both a 15 minute drive from Lane Cove National Park, and a 15 minute bus ride from the CBD, you truly get the best of everything in Canada Bay. I am nestled between Five Dock Bay and Iron Cove Bay Run, and enjoy water walks every day.

You would be sharing the space with my 5 year old black cat, Willow. Willow's personality is quite affectionate, sometimes sassy. I work from home a lot, so she is used to having someone around the house most days, although she is able to be left alone with no problems. She spends a lot of the day cuddling or laying in the sun, with some bursts of energy in the evening (chasing her tin foil balls is her favourite activity).

Willow's care is quite minimal. She has an automatic feeder that gives her dry food in the mornings, and she is fed wet food in the evenings. This can be alternated if needed. Her litter box is right next to the toilet and can be scooped into the toilet and flushed. Other than this, she is just in need of someone patient and loving who can give her some attention, company and play while I am away.

Minimal - I have two plants that don't need much care. They can be watered in the shower every few weeks as needed.
