Our home

Our home is a comfortable 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom dwelling with a fully fenced yard and heated pool. It is situated across from a park which leads as a walk to Toohey Forest, or the community hub that is the Moorooka Bowls Club (great for kids to run around and coffee/food/drinks). We are an easy walk (500M) to Woolworths and public transport.

We don't have a guest bedroom but house sitters would be welcome to sleep downstairs in our son's room (double bed) or upstairs in our ... We don't have a guest bedroom but house sitters would be welcome to sleep downstairs in our son's room (double bed) or upstairs in our daughter's room (double bed). We also have a queen size fold out couch in the downstairs living area as an option.

The Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. There's a washing machine and dryer for use.

There's a patio area with seating and a pool for guests. We do have external security cameras which can be switched off.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

We love all the trees and parks for children. We like the access to public transport - very easy to head into Southbank or the city, or in the other direction to the Gold Coast. We like being walking distance to Slipstream Brewery and Yeerongpilly Green. It's a quiet and friendly community.

Our friendly natured cavoodle, Ziggy needs care while we are away. He loves a morning or afternoon walk, and a ball throw in our yard. Ziggy loves the company of adults and children but is also used to being left alone at home too. He's a very easy going dog.
