Our home

We are a professional couple who are proud homeowners to a well kept beautiful 650 square metre, 4-bedroom home in the Northern Gold Coast (Coomera). We are also parents to three gorgeous cats; Percy, Peanut and Raj who we adore dearly. Our home is 5 minutes from Coomera westfields, Coomera train station and an 8 minute drive to gain access to the M1. We live in an estate that has 22 hour roaming security, a gym and a clubhouse pool. However, we also have our own pool.

We require a couple or mature single who first and foremost are animal lovers, who understand how cat personalities work and are happy to receive lots of cat cuddles. We have pride in our home and have worked hard for the home we have, so we would appreciate someone who is clean , tidy, has attention to detail and also has pride in the space in which they live and are non smoking. We would expect the house to be returned in the same condition in which they found it. There will be minimal garden care required.

We had a wonderful time caring for Raj, Percy and Peanut. They were all charming in their own ways, but Percy was the king. All liked being brushed and certainly will advise you when it's feeding time. The house is delightful, and superbly decorated. The location is excellent, with easy access to motorways, and the Gold coast. We enjoyed easy communications with Ryan and Alicia. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful weekend at Alicia's house with the three adorable furballs 🥰 They are so sweet and cuddly, but each has their own unique personality 😊 The house is so beautiful and has everything you could need, it's such a comfortable place to stay 😊 Communication with Alicia was perfect!
