Lovely home right near the beach! 90 mins from Melbourne.

Our home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Anglesea, a 8 min walk from the main beach and only 5 to the shops. The Great Ocean Road is on the doorstep and Anglesea Heath and its walking tracks just behind the town. It is a genuine family house rather than a show home: 4 bedrooms, lovely living space and even a yoga room, we have a north facing garden which gets good sun all day long. Lots of off road parking. Our home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Anglesea, a 8 min walk from the main beach and only 5 to the shops. The Great Ocean Road is on the doorstep and Anglesea Heath and its walking tracks just behind the town. It is a genuine family house rather than a show home: 4 bedrooms, lovely living space and even a yoga room, we have a north facing garden which gets good sun all day long. Lots of off road parking. Fast wifi, split-systems, heater, and a well stocked kitchen. Anglesea has an IGA, lovely cafes (Poppies is only 5 mins walk out the back of the house), and all you really need! Torquay is 15 minutes away, Geelong about 45 mins, and Melbourne about 90 mins by car.

We love that we can hear the surf from our home, just a few mins walk to fantastic coffee, food, and shopping, quite neighbourhood and tranquil garden.

Adam and Joelle were great hosts, giving a clear run-through call and meeting beforehand. Bea is a low maintenance and sweet cat, slightly skittish but will reach out insistently for pats when she is ready! The home is stunning inside, with nice outdoor space and small garden needing watering. Safe neighbourhood, with attentive neighbours. I can recommend this sit.
