Our home

Looking for someone to house and pet sit while I'm away for a long weekend. I have a sweet fluffy cat named MoMo and his black and white brother Jam Donut.
My home is a cute split level 1 bedroom townhouse. Very compact but comfortable - kitchen, lounge, laundry and toilet on the ground level with a loft style bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Small work set up if you work from home.

The unit has a large sunny courtyard and is in a small complex with a pool which you're welcome to use! Lovely quiet neighbours. It is right next to Sandgate Road so you need to be ok with some road noise. Just a few outdoor pots and indoor plants to keep alive :)
The apartment is close to all amenities in Clayfield including 2 train stations, restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as Nundah farmer's market which is great on a Sunday morning.
Plenty of undercover visitor parking and street parking.
The sit is from the evening of Thursday 20 Aug (Friday morning also ok) to afternoon of Sunday 23 Aug.

Our pets

CatsCats (2)
2 loving cats, Momo (14) and Jam Donut (3). They're not besties but they get along most of the time!
They get fed 3 times a day, love play time and appreciate a brush every now and then.
Momo is super friendly and loves all people. He does not look or act his age at all. Jam Donut may be shy and hide at first, but once he gets to know you he'll roll in front of you for pats.
Momo loves going for walks in the courtyard and complex on his leash, but only if you're comfortable to do so!
During the day you'll find them napping or watching the birds outside from their catio. If they need attention they will come find you.
They do do typical cat things like waking you up for brekky and the occasional night time zoomies, so you need to be ok with that. They'll repay you in snuggles and cuteness.

Looking after Momo and Jam Donut was such a delight. They are both such sweet natured fur babies and were a pleasure to care for. It was easy to settle into a routine with them and I genuinely enjoyed being with them. Yasmin was great with communication and made everything simple from the start especially with the instructions that she had sent to me before hand. Taking care of MoMo and JD was a wonderful experience. They are affectionate and easy-going cats, and they made me feel very welcome. Yasmin is an exceptional host: communication was constant, clear, and friendly, and her home is very welcoming. Everything was very organized, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would gladly take care of them again. Thank you so much for everything!
This was a short, but very enjoyable cat sit. Momo & Jam Donut are such easy-going, sweet kitties and I really loved spending time with them. JD takes some time to warm up, but Momo came for snuggles right away, and was very social (he loves going for little walks on his leash, so cute). Yasmin is a lovely host, communication was a breeze, and her apartment was super comfortable. I instantly felt at home. Our time in Yasmin's house was amazing! Momo and Jam Donut were the best duo we could ask for, Momo will always be with you and ask you for cuddles but Jam will ask for some neck scratches as well 😀 The house is well located and has everything you need! Thanks once again Yasmin, we already miss Momo and Jam Donut 😅❤️
I adored staying at Yasmin's clean, comfy and cosy apartment with the gorgeous Momo and Jam Donut. Yasmin communicated well and left detailed notes for pet care and her home to ensure my stay was easy and we'll accommodated, which included a guide to local amenities. I'd care for Yasmin's home and kitties in a heartbeat if I'm ever in Meanjin/Brisbane again.
We loved looking after Momo and Jam Donut in Yasmin's cozy home. She left such clear instructions it was easy to ensure their needs were met during her absence. We were invited to use anything we needed during our stay and felt very welcome. Communication with Yasmin was great, she responded quickly anytime I had a query.
I had a really wonderful time house sitting for Yasmin and caring for her cat MoMo: the most cuddly and loving cat! MoMo enjoyed being on my lap while I was reading and joined me during my meditations, napping right beside me. I loved going out for walks with MoMo every day, which he enjoyed very much! Yasmin’s home was clean and well kept and located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood, a short walk from the river pathway, parks, shops, and restaurants. Everything was close by, within ...
