Our home

A comfortable, multi-level townhouse in a quiet, leafy pocket of Pemulwuy, backing directly onto a reserve with scenic walking and cycling tracks.

The home has fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a dedicated office, comfortable living and dining areas, and a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual cooking essentials, including an oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge and freezer.

An electric bike is available for exploring the local area. Possible use of a vehicle, depending on the sitter’s age, licence, insurance restrictions and, of course, the obligatory driving demonstration 🙂

There is also a small home gym with free weights, a rowing machine, mini trampoline and resistance bands.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Pemulwuy is a peaceful, leafy area with plenty of open space, birdsong and the occasional kangaroo sighting.

Walking and cycling paths are right on the doorstep, with routes leading through to Prospect Reservoir. The area is well suited to walking, cycling or simply enjoying the outdoors.

Jewels is an indoor cat who is fairly self-sufficient and has an automatic feeder, but gets lonely and loves companionship. No litter tray is needed, as she has her own garden set-up on the balcony.

Graham the dog will be kennelled, unless you happen to like goofy bull terriers with absolutely no respect for personal space.
