Our home

We are offering free accommodation in exchange for looking after our cat Peggy. We live in a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a beautiful sunroom and large deck attached looking out to nature and most of the time wallabies and kangaroos.

Our home is equipped with the following: wifi, microwave, kettle and toaster, coffee machine, ceramic filtered water, gas stove top and oven, fridge, smart tv.

Our home is a 7-10 min drive to Burleigh heads and palm beach.

We live in a quiet neighbourhood with only a short drive to the beaches. Our cottages at the back of the main driveway where the main house is at the top.

We are offering free accommodation in exchange for looking after our indoor only cat Peggy who is a 2 year old tabby cat. She requires feeding in the AM and PM.

Her litter tray is fit litter which is able to be kept for 1 month where the wee is absorbed without smelling bad. The litter tray just needs attention for number 2’s scooped daily.

Peggy is an early riser looking for cat cuddles and licks so if you are not an early riser, this may not be for you. But once fed, she goes back to sleep.

I had a lovely week looking after Peggy. She is a very dear cat and very easy to care for. She was a little timid for the first couple of days whilst she got familiar with me, after that she became very comfortable around me, following me outside to the deck and sit with me in the evening which was very cute. The home is gorgeous and peaceful, and hosts Sam and Bianca were so kind and thoughtful, and ensured I was welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much, it was a pleasure to look after ...
