Our home

I need someone to care for a 6 year old very easy and loveable cavoodle dog called Albie. He is smart, affectionate and a bit cheeky and loves being with people.
The house has three bedrooms (but one is not used as such) and two bathrooms, the main with en-suite, and two living areas. It is easy to keep clean, There is a small garden which is very low maintenance. An occasional watering may be required.

The house has three bedrooms (but one is not used as such) and two bathrooms, the main with en-suite, and two living areas. It is easy to keep clean, There is a small garden which is very low maintenance. An occasional watering may be required.
The land and surrounding areas are all flat and safe and the house is located opposite a reserve with lots of walking paths and a creek.
Aldi and IGA are within a few minutes walk as is a chemist and take-aways. There is a pizza and coffee shop across the road.
The train station is about a 15 min walk with regular trains to Melbourne, which take about 70 minutes. A bus is within a 2 min walk.
A major shopping centre is a 5 min drive (or a 40 min walk through the park) and the drive to the centre of Geelong about 8 mins. The beach is a 15-20 min drive.
The lounge, dining and main bedroom all have split systems.
Gas hot points and hot water but everything else is electric.
The house also has two outdoor areas with fruit trees and lawn on one side and decking on the other.

Albie is 6 years old and is a very easy dog to look after. He settles quickly with anyone who will feed him and take him for a walk. He has no special needs but is used to having me at home most of every day but can be left alone for short periods. He loves sitting on my knee and sleeps on my bed. He needs to be brushed occasionally.

I am a retired teacher and widow . Albie is my main source of entertainment but I do go to U3A classes and am a member of two sports clubs and enjoy a game of mah jong and other card/board games.
