A lovely 4x2, home, on a hill but single story, front garden fenced surround with a nice front porch to enjoy a coffee or wine. Inside it has a family/dining off kitchen, separate theatre room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry separate off activity space. It has a double garage partly used for storage, but room for a vehicle. The house is a 5 minute walk to IGA/medical/pharmacy/bottle shop/restaurant. 5 minute walk to bush land tracks. 10-15 minute walk to the estuary and cafe, Short 2-5min drive to Coles, the beach or Falcon. Great location with all facilities nearby. The block is elevated, great neighbours.

No actual steps just a step down into the garage or patio. The driveway has a slight slope. The front verge is paved for short term parking. The house is on a hill but the driveway has a low incline.

Small lovable Cavalier cross, happy with a short walk, loves company and lying next to you on the couch or bed, he is ok during the day on his own if you want to explore the area. He’s nervous around other excitable dogs and will walk away from them. My two fantail goldfish just need a small feed evenings.

I’m a single retiree part time celebrant and need to occasionally stay away for 1 or 2 nights for a wedding ceremony or longer for a convention. Love my home and my precious little Baxter.
