It's a 4 bedroom house, ducted heating and cooling, wifi, tv with streaming channels.
There is guest bedroom available to use with a queen size bed. Laundry with washer and dryer, island bench kitchen with dishwasher. Undercover outdoor area with a gas BBQ. Driveway for parking. Approx 20 mins walk to the nearest beach and other stunning beaches and points of interest only minutes away. Skitzy is a 15 year old puss who loves to eat, snuggle up and wander outside every now and then. The yard is fully fenced and private, he cannot jump the fences so he’s pretty secure in the backyard. He likes to sleeps a lot and loves his food. Usually gets breakfast and dinner and a small lunch. There is a litter tray that is cleaned out a couple of times a day. He is very well trained and always uses the litter tray. He is a super placid and affectionate but can be a bit timid at first.
