Welcome to my modern, spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

The home features a large back deck, an upper deck, and a private backyard, creating plenty of spaces to unwind. One of the highlights is the hammock on the upper deck, a peaceful, sun-filled retreat that's perfect for reading a book, enjoying your morning coffee, or simply relaxing in complete privacy.

The house is exceptionally clean and well maintained. In fact, my adult children often joke that it's "display-home worthy". The space is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully organised throughout.

There are four bedrooms in total. Three are set up as comfortable bedrooms, while the fourth is a dedicated home office complete with a sit-to-stand desk, dual monitors, a modem connection point, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work or study.

The upper level of the home includes the modern kitchen, open-plan lounge and dining area, the master bedroom, and a private ensuite. Downstairs, you'll find the remaining three rooms along with a large second living area, providing plenty of space to relax or enjoy some quiet time.

The home is located in a peaceful and secure area, with a bus stop conveniently located right out the front for easy access to public transport.

For those who enjoy keeping active, there's also a quality treadmill available to use.

Whether you're looking for a comfortable place to work remotely, relax, or simply enjoy a clean and peaceful environment, this home offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and privacy.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Kenmore is a really easygoing, laid-back vibe. Lots of local shops and a coffee shop on the corner. The bus stops out the front of my house and will take you to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, where you connect to city buses and trains. All super easy.

Our pets

I have an 11-year-old Maltese poodle called Howie who is easygoing as long as dinner is ready at 4.30pm, haha. He likes 2-3 short walks a day and, if you feel inclined, a trip to the dog park. Howie sleeps most mornings and is quite partial to sleeping at the end of your bed, but he is also happy to sleep in his own bed. He is very easygoing and friendly.

I am a mum to 4 beautiful adult kids and one fur baby. I am an empty nester now. All I am wanting is for someone to look after Howie like he was theirs and return home to a clean and tidy house.

We really enjoyed our house sit, Howie is a lovely dog was great to look after he is the king of the house and he will keep you right in what he wants. A Lovely clean home really nice outdoor area. Close to public transport. Annabelle was very kind, fantastic with communication and always at the other end of the phone. We definitely would come back and take care of Howie again.
