There's a one car garage you are welcome to use - we house our Mazda 6 here to give an idea of size. There is also a gym inside the garage you are welcome to use if you wish.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

We live in a quiet pocket of Seaford, nearby the wetlands and beach. There are loads of scenic walks in our neighbourhood, including just a 10min walk to the beach. We also have the convenience of being a 15min walk to Carrum station and a 10m drive from Frankston.

Our pets

DogsDogs (1)
CatsCats (1)
Black labrador dog (desexed), Ollie when he's a good boy, Oliver when he's being naughty - twice daily feeding and preferably at least one walk a day
Tabby cat (desexed), Charlie when he's a good boy or Charles when he's pushing boundaries. Once daily feeding and top up of dry food and water. Has automated kitty litter that need emptying once a week and just a daily monitor to make sure inside is clean (can switch out for a tray if preferred, in which case frequent scooping will be needed). He is prone to have accidents if the litter is not to his liking. He is an indoor cat, we do allow outside time with supervision on occasion (this is not a must do by any means!)

Our garden

local_floristGarden or plant care

Minimal - I don't think we will, we have a number of indoor plants and a small yard which we'll tend to before we leave, but would appreciate just keeping an eye on it all the same.
