Our home

We have two female cavoodles; 8yrs old 5kg, 6yrs old 3 kg, a 19yr old female Burmese. All well trained and excellent manners. Our pets can be home alone for 6-8hrs but love to have cuddles on the couch everyday. Indoor house plants and low maintenance garden with a few pot plants. Beautiful garden with lounge and outdoor sitting under a big jacaranda tree. You have a very large room upstairs with very comfy queen bed and your own private bathroom upstairs. New modern kitchen. Audrey (8) and Adeline (6) are happy to be home alone for up to 8 hrs a day and only need a walk once every three days. Very well trained and very good girls. Sapphire the burmese has medication in her dinner and needs a kitty litter tidy and help up to her food each day.

Craig and I work away several times a year with a photography business. Craig is a keen sportsman, and I enjoy yoga and gardening. Our home is our sanctuary and a blend of new and old.

Important info

There is another housesit a few days later (no ad) as we return on the wed 23/9 at 9pm.
On the sun 27/9 5pm we leave again until sun 4/10. If this suits a house sitter to return or possibly stay on whilst we are home working that would be fantastic.

An incredible experience all round. From the moment I met Anne and her gorgeous pets at their lovely home in Ashmore, I knew I was fortunate and it was going to be an amazing month. A highlight was my spacious light-filled bedroom which looked out onto the trees and garden and I woke up to the sounds of birds! I can’t give this housesit enough superlatives. It was all I could wish for. I can’t wait to return.

It was an absolute pleasure to look after Audrey, Adeline, Saphire and the fish. I had the most amazing time playing with the pooches, who are just sweethearts. They are very well behaved and house trained. Anne and Craig's house was very clean and comfortable and the garden is beautiful. It was such a pleasure to house sit for Anne and Craig twice in 1 month. All the animals are just beautiful, so well-behaved and house trained. The house is in a great location. It is kept clean and tidy and very comfortable to stay in. We had great communication throughout the stay and we knew exactly what was going on and when. Thank you once again for having us Anne and Craig.
