Modern 3 brm home in quiet court location, 2 bathrooms. Nice outdoor area.
Sleep on QS bed in Master BR.
Nice alfresco, outdoor area with BBQ. Ducted heating/cooling. Double-glazing-very comfortable and quiet. Close to wetlands, golf course. 10 mins to beaches.

10-year-old Tex, American Staffy. Sleeps a lot but enjoys short walks.
1 year old Marley, female Jack Russell, loves exercise and games. Both very affectionate and best of friends.
2 feeds a day and walks every 1-2 days.
