Our home

Our home is a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse in Capalaba. It is very open and bright and gets the sun in the main bedroom upstairs and the living room downstairs in the morning and the spare bedroom upstairs and kitchen downstairs in the evening.

We have airconditioning downstairs and in both bedrooms. There is always plenty of onstreet parking, as well as a closed off carport at the rear of the house. We are only a 15 minute drive from Wynnum/Manly on one coast and Cleveland on another.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Our home is a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse located in Capalaba. It is a 2 minute drive from Capalaba Regional Park which is a great spot to go for an evening walk. It is also located 2 minutes from Capalaba Park and Capalaba Central shopping centres which have Coles and Woolworths.

Our pets

Dogs (2)

Winnie is a 5 year old American Cocker Spaniel and Bertie is a 3 year old Cocker Spaniel X. They are pretty low maintenance at home. Winnie likes to snuggle up and pass the day snoozing and Bertie enjoys a bit of a play, otherwise is happy to lay around the house.

They require a half hour walk each day, but also love to run and chase the ball on the beach.

medicationMedication/treatment required

Bertie requires one tablet in the morning and evening and takes it with shaved chicken breast very easily.

Our garden

Minimal - We have three large outdoor pots that require watering once or twice a week and a few indoor plants. Very low maintenance.
