The house is a semi detached/duplex with 2 bedrooms, built early 1900s. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room and large kitchen/living space at the back of the house. There is air-con in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. The sitter would sleep in the front bedroom. I have a king single bed. There is a flat screen TV and Radio/CD player in the kitchen.

My 6 year old Jack Russell Terrier is reactive to other dogs and needs to avoid them on walks. This is manageable with positive reinforcement. She also has separation anxiety but this is managed with a Gabapentin tablet given a couple of hours before I leave the house. She is well behaved and responds to praise. She is walked twice a day and enjoys her food. She sleeps in her bed in the kitchen area.
