Our home

Comfortable home in quiet leafy cul de sac. Front and back decks, fans throughout, nice cross breezes however air-conditioning is available in the living area and main bedroom if needed, close to Toohey Forest, bus to city (8kms), shops, and 60 minutes from the Gold Coast. Looking for reliable, caring non-smoker/s with references to care for our 4 year old ridgeback, a tiny dog with attitude and 2 easy going cats. Four year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, loves to be under your feet, easy going with a walk or play at the dog park once a day. Twelve year old Pomerarian, well behaved lap dog loves a walk but too small for the dog park. Two cats - one likes attention, one not so much, they will wander inside and outside and mainly need feeding twice a day and possibly a bed or lap to sleep on.

This sit was for Jo (Louise‘s mother) and Bertie the mini schnauzer. Jo (and Louise) were a pleasure to communicate with and very prompt at responding Bertie is an absolute delight and stole our hearts. Hr has a schedule of what he expects to be doing on a daily basis, including long sessions with a dog walking group twice a week! Jo’s house is large and extremely comfortable. Miko and the cats, Zeus and Luna were all so sweet and affectionate, it was a pleasure to be their carer for a week whilst Louise and family were away. Very clear and detailed instructions were provided and everything went very smoothly. Lousie is exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to communicate with.

Louise and her girls are lovely, welcoming and thoughtful hosts. Their menagerie of cats and dogs are each very sweet characters in their own way - I am missing them already. The house is located is close to shops and transport and a few km from South Bank. I wish them the absolute best.
Louise and her family welcomed me into her home to take care of her 2 dogs (Miko and Kirra) and 2 cats (Luna and Freya). I was very comfortable and really did appreciate the air conditioner and fans as it was certainly on the warm side. Also thank you Louise for that delicious meal you provided. The girls definitely provided me with amusement and pleasure and Miko, such a cheeky little monkey, brought back beautiful memories of my little girl, Honey, before she passed a number of years ago. ... Poor Kirra, such a beautiful nature and so placid, and what she has to put up with from the others,, LOL. Luna popped in and out constantly to let us know she around and needed a playmate, but Freya seems such a timid little girl and we only saw her at meal times. Louise, I am so pleased I got to spend time with your babies, I had a really lovely time with them. Thank you.
