House is kept quite clean with a spare room for you and your belongings. Good kitchen, family room and TV room. Nice covered patio area out the back to sit and watch the garden.

1 dog Milo, 4 years old, he is a border collie x kelpie x boxer. He enjoys cuddles and affection at home and is accustomed to a morning and afternoon walk. One is generally a quick 15mins and the other is an hour. Fed once a day in the evening. He can be dog reactive while out on walks so care to be taken by giving other dogs a wide berth.
