Small 2 bed 2 bath second floor apartment in Barton, ACT. Excellent location. Walk/bike distance to cafes and necessities. Extremely secure.

Full kitchen with stove top, oven and microwave. Restaurants and bars underneath.

Ducted heating system but the double glazed doors/windows mean we rarely need to use it - and even then, only for 20 minutes as the apartment holds warmth well. We don't have our own wifi connection.

Samwise has at least 1 hour total of walking per day + toilet breaks throughout the day.
He is fed morning and night.
He requires much love and attention or he will fade away to a shadow (his self-imposed belief).

Nikki is very low touch and might not talk to you much at all. She just needs her litter attended and food placed out but otherwise you mightn't notice her!
