4x2 12 year old family home with newly installed pool. Currently not landscaped but can be used. Eclectic home revamped vintage pieces, warm rugs, plants and many many lamps. Garage gym with a half rack and weights.

Kohl - Beautifully affectionate black labradoodle, 2 years old. Very clever and well trained. He is 28kg, We call him big boof, my shadow or goth teddy bear. He will demand cuddles and has no idea of his size so expect him to try to curl up on your lap. He has a typical Labrador nature, will follow you everywhere and loves being with his humans. He is used to daily sniffy walks on a long lead, fetch in the backyard, morning walks. He loves a tear up treat box, practicing tricks or anything that gets him mentally stimulated. I only work 3 days a week so he is used to someone being home most of the time. Ideally someone who can be at home with him most days is ideal as this is what he is used to. He loves going on adventures and dropping my daughter at school each morning. He loves children and other dogs ( too much, he will try to meet everyone you come across, so we keep him on lead) he also has regular long lead exploring at the local park. Kids on scooter or bikes are just too exciting for him, he sees the fast wheels and thinks friend… practicing staying calm around wheels is something we are still working on. He loves kids, and is quite protective of them, he is always hyper aware of where our kids are when we are out. He hasn’t had much exposure to very young children or babies so I’d prefer child free sitter, only as he LOVES kids and may get too excited and he is quite strong. He hangs out with us on the couch at night but will happily go to his own bed at night in the living room.

Fish- we have a small fish tank which includes a very entertaining bristle nose catfish named Garfield. They require daily feeding.

Many indoor and outdoor plant babies. Outdoor plants will require watering every few days, indoor plants I’ll water before I go, a few may require a top up depending on how warm it is.
