Our home

We live in Newtown which is centrally located, 5 minutes from Geelong CBD. The Bellarine Peninsula, Torquay and the Great Ocean Road are some of the tourist attractions nearby. You can also walk to trendy Pakington Street where we have many great eateries to choose from.
Our garden at the front & back are small sized. Our property is fully fenced with tall iron fencing at the front and live in a secure area.
The house is weatherboard 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

We have inside pot plants which need watering once a week and our outside garden (possibly watering once a week as it will be winter) occasionally watered. The mowing and garden maintenance will be done by our gardener/landscaper who lives next door.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

The neighbours are great. We have an excellent eating pub at the bottom of our street, a cafe around the corner and a restaurant 5 minutes walk away.
Shoos and eateries in Pakington Street are all within walking distance.

Leia is mixed breed, large , very gentle. Leo is Lagotto, medium very loving. Our dogs prefer someone around most of the time. They need to feed breakfast & dinner, which I make and walked daily.

Leia gets arthritis medication once a day. She takes it easily.

Pleasant stay for this second time at Newtown. Chris communicates well and makes the process easy.
It was an absolute pleasure to look after Leo and Leia. Such beautiful dogs and great company. From the onset communication with Chris and her lovely family was easy. All instructions and contact numbers were supplied. The house, garden and plants were simple to take care of. Thank you for the opportunity.

Absolutely loved my stay at Chris & Mario's house. They were both very warm & welcoming and had great communication. The dogs were very sweet & very easy to care for. Cant wait to return.
