We are seeking a responsible couple to care for our home and 3 dogs while enjoying a peaceful stay on our beautiful farm, located approximately 10 km from the renowned food and wine region of Rutherglen.

We are seeking a responsible couple to care for our home and 3 dogs while enjoying a peaceful stay on our beautiful farm, located approximately 10 km from the renowned food and wine region of Rutherglen.

Our modern, off-grid home is less than three years old and offers a comfortable and relaxing rural lifestyle. Set on 188 acres, the property includes a 20-hectare plantation, a similar-sized native reserve, and stunning views across the surrounding countryside. The home features a beautiful wood fire, spacious living areas and a tranquil outlook.

We have arrangements in place for someone to manage the farming operations during your stay, including our small herd of 8 heifers (which will be calving around this time) and 9 quiet calves. However, we would appreciate occupants keeping an eye on the cattle and letting us know if anything appears unusual.

The main responsibility is caring for our dogs, who are friendly, affectionate and easy to look after. Ideally, we are looking for a couple who enjoy animals and would be happy to provide companionship and take the dogs for a daily walk around the farm.

This is a wonderful opportunity to experience a peaceful country lifestyle while being only a short drive from wineries, restaurants, cafes and the many attractions of the Rutherglen region.

German Shepheard 11yr old - beautiful old girl. She sleeps inside but outside during the day. Tablets with food and eye drops once a day.
Other 2 dogs are easy active dogs and sleep outside
